Artificial Flower Arrangements :

All arrangements are cut and assembled especially for you and as such cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.

We take great care in wrapping and packaging your order, so breakages during transit are extremely rare. If your arrangement arrives damaged, please report this in writing within 48 hours of receiving the item via the company email [info@petalpath.com.au].

Please attach clear photo evidence and explain the damage. We may request you return the item for inspection. In such cases, kindly return the item within 14 days of delivery date. After examination of the defective item a replacement/refund may be provided at the discretion of PetalPath.

Incomplete Service: If a purchased service is not completed* or does not meet the predefined criteria as advertised, a partial or full refund may be considered.

Artificial Flower Stems:

We will be delighted to know that you love your flower stem purchase from us. But, if not for any reason, you may apply for a return within 7 days of receipt. We will happily assist you with your refund , if the flower stems are returned within 14 days from the date of your return application. In order to receive full purchase price, product must be in it 's original condition with the original labels/tags attached, with the proof of purchase.

Please allow minimum of 7-10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your original form of payment. ( excluding delivery charges if any - unless the products are faulty )
